The RPG Office

The RPG office in Worli was conceived as a calm, contemporary workplace where materiality and art take equal prominence. The main cabin is wrapped in microcement, creating a quiet, monolithic envelope that is balanced by warm timber, tailored furniture and a large abstract artwork.

The meeting room takes a softer approach, with a restrained palette of whites and neutrals. A wall of glass blocks allows daylight to filter through while maintaining privacy, giving the room a subtle architectural character.

The lobby is conceived almost as a private gallery, with a curated collection of artworks becoming an integral part of the arrival experience. An unexpected discovery during the renovation—a structural column—was transformed with delicate fluting, turning a functional element into a sculptural feature.

The result is an understated, art-led workplace where simplicity, materiality and carefully considered details come together to create a refined and focused environment.
